Teignbridge District Council undertook a digital transformation programme to redesign its customer facing processes and implement a digital platform for customers. Key to the success of this programme was ensuring we recognised the impact on staff of moving to more digital ways of working and the use of digital technology in their roles. Clare was commissioned to help us develop a digital skills framework for staff to provide a benchmark standard for basic digital ITC skills required by Council employees and consider the level of skills required across the roles and functions across the Council.
Clare was a pleasure to work with and worked professionally and diligently with service managers and staff across all areas of the Council to develop the digital skills framework. She facilitated a number of workshops and ensured all levels of the organisation were consulted and involved in the development of the Digital Framework. She developed the framework on time and in budget and we are very pleased with the final framework which has been incorporated into our personal development and competences framework.
