Clare has over 20 years’ experience within a People and Business discipline and a Masters in Strategic HR. As an HR and Change practitioner she fully understands the challenges and opportunities faced by business leaders within a complex and continually changing external operating environment. Clare has extensive experience working across a wide breadth of industries and sectors, at both an operational and executive level. Clare is proud to be a Director at T-Cup Ltd and to work in partnership with Agar Management Consultancy.
As a qualified ILM Level 7 Executive Coach and Mentor, Clare has coached in excess of 100 clients through the process of career and personal change transition; creating an environment where individuals can recognise their inner strength and potential for the future. Clare’s approach is to provide a positive and engaging environment where individuals are free to explore where they are now, where they want to be in the future and to develop the path to achieve their goals.
Clare is also an Insights Discovery Licensed Practitioner and recognises the value that Insights can bring in relation to building self-awareness on a one to one basis and working collectively with teams. By collectively understanding different peoples work preferences any team can grow in strength and thrive.
